Four Seasons Roofing is looking for an experienced ROOFING SALES CONSULTANT for our multi-family and commercial sales efforts.
Four Seasons Roofing is a local roofing business based in Snohomish, WA serving the Pacific Northwest region since 1996.
We provide services to homeowners, business/commercial property owners and property management companies.
We provide services ranging from new roofs (composition, metal, PVC, and more) to small and major repairs, and roof inspections.

Description of Duties:
Meeting planned sales goals and achieving growth by selling Four Seasons' products and services for multi-family and commercial roofing, repairs and maintenance.
Meeting with our customers including property management companies, architects, HOAs and business owners to assess their improvement needs.
Safely inspect properties to collect the necessary information for proposals while following all safety requirements.
Review construction plans and architectural specifications to pull necessary information for proposals Accurately preparing proposals that meets our customers needs.
Following up with our customers until the sale closes.
Provide the necessary files, photos, information, and paperwork to complete the improvement project.
Work with production to communicate with the customer and help with any unexpected additional cost.
Actively work in developing new accounts and maintaining existing accounts with property management companies.
Help with company marketing efforts and promoting the organization and products.
Setting individual sales targets.
Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Skills and Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a dynamic sales role.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the roofing or construction industry.
Experience in accurately measuring & calculating jobs.
Must have a valid driver license and clean record.
Good computer and typing skills.
Compensation &
Benefits:
Base salary plus commissions.
We provide competitive commission percentages providing you excellent earning potential.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
