We're looking for a reliable and motivated Dental Patient Care Coordinator to provide clinical support to a 4 doctor 4 location private practice.
Our offices are located in Arlington, Everett, Snohomish and Mill Creek.
A successful candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to remain calm under pressure.
The right candidate will also have prior experience working in a professional environment, as well as a background in the health care industry.
The position full-time, with a competitive salary and full benefits package.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival - Schedule and confirm patient appointments - Collect and update patient information in the electronic medical records system - Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries - Assist with insurance verification.
- Coordinate referrals to specialists and follow-up on patient care - Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a dental or medical office setting preferred - Familiarity with dental terminology and electronic medical records systems - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well with patients Please note that this job description is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
