This Risk Management Division (RMD) assists the agency in critically identifying, analyzing, treating, and managing risk, compliance with various legal processes and statutory requirements, continually improving agency operations and efficiency, and establishment of and adherence to internal controls.
Duties This position exists to fulfill important legal obligations, including those arising under the Public Records Act (PRA) and court rule.
The position enhances transparency and public trust in the agency by efficiently, accurately, and timely processing requests for agency documents, according to applicable laws.
This position must have a thorough understanding of agency personnel, records, and systems in order to comprehensively identify potentially responsive records, gather them from agency personnel and systems, apply appropriate redactions, assert applicable exemptions to disclosure, and document their work comprehensively using prescribed methods and tools.
It works closely with members of the public, the agency and the legal community.
Our new teammate will be able to:
Apply redactions and withhold from disclosure all information that is legally exempt from disclosure.
Furnish records responsive to subpoenas and other legal processes.
Fulfill the agency's legal obligations related to public disclosure requests.
Assist records custodians with records management (storage, destruction) responsibilities.
Qualifications Required
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
Two years' of clerical experience Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and use computers/software.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
