Position Summary Provide family resources coordination including intake, developmental screening, communication with families, and navigation of the early supports system.
Develop a plan for services, assist families in accessing needed community resources and promote self-advocacy for parents of infants and toddlers from birth to three years of age in Snohomish County.
Services are provided in the home or other typical community setting.
Function as a member of collaborative and supportive multidisciplinary team, ensuring services identified in the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP) are available.
Qualifications:
Professional certification or licensure in education or related field according to minimum standards of the State of Washington and/or be a parent of a child with a disabilities.
Candidate must pass a criminal background check.
Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must.
Ability to work well with co-workers, families, and other professionals is vital.
Must possess a valid WA state driver's license, have automobile insurance, and use own vehicle on the job with mileage reimbursement.
This position requires the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and to be creative and collaborative in providing care that addresses individual needs of our clients.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
