Salary is $70,000/annual with commission potential between $10-15,000.
Benefits include:

The Community Relations Director is directly responsible for responding to telephone and walk-in inquiries, setting and conducting scheduled marketing sales appointments/tours, and closing sales for all residential living, including Independent, and Assisted Living.
Ultimate performance measures for this position will be based on meeting occupancy and census goals established in the annual budget.

Reporting to the Executive Director, this role is sales and service-oriented in nature with 100% of time allocated to direct sales.
The CRD respectfully interacts with residents, prospective residents, family members of prospective residents, and the public.
The CRD maintains a positive customer service relationship practicing honesty and integrity in all aspects of job performance.
In performance of duties, the CRD is entrusted with but not limited to the following responsibilities.
LEAD-CLOSING ACTIVITIES:
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Participate in the daily sales activity to assure that monthly sales and marketing activity goals are met.
This will include making telephone calls to the lead base, setting appointments, conducting tours, making presentations (marketing appointments), and following up on leads to facilitate move-ins.
Enter data entry into the lead base management system.
Process leads in a timely and appropriate manner.
Conduct meetings with potential clients in a private, quiet and professional setting.
In meeting with potential clients, establish a relationship and obtain information relative to their needs before demonstrating how the community can meet needs.
Provide post-sale assistance to facilitate timely move-ins.
Maintain communication with potential residents who are on the Future Resident List.
Qualifications:
Senior living industry experience in sales and marketing Responsible for maintaining Social Media presence.
Must be Social Media savvy.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to present multiple product lines, or deep product knowledge of senior living, or demonstrable record of acquiring significant product knowledge in a short amount of time.
Strong communicator and writing skills, relationship builder.
This position will regularly speak with a variety of families, prospective residents, and referral sources Demonstrated ability to advance prospects towards a decision by employing effective follow-up strategies through customer discovery, value proposition, home visits, emotional connection, phone calls, tours, and other face-to-face opportunities.
Strong closing skills Good organizational and time-management skills Knowledge of senior adults and their needs A sincere desire to be of service to senior adult residents and their families Courtesy and tact when dealing with potential residents and their family members Meet or exceed personal sales targets and drive the team's success in the community.
Data-driven approach and knowledge about key success drivers for sales:
conversation ratios, lead costs, customer acquisition cost, etc.
Ability to develop long-range and short-range marketing action plans and establish goals and objectives to increase occupancy.
Record of successful CRM system usage, including but not limited to leads analysis, sales trends analysis, and customer origin analysis.
Demonstrated understanding of senior living community resources and needs, awareness of senior living services and cost structures, knowledge of related services available throughout the surrounding neighborhood, and awareness of the competition and their rates.
Plan and implement marketing events, tours, and overall leadership for prospective residents 5
years of success in sales, business development, or similar roles.
Ability to work independently and with others Ability to work under pressure Credibility, maturity and enthusiasm Must be intrinsically motivated and driven for success.
College degree in related field preferred.
